Astrology can help. It is like a self-help book written just for you! Learning astrology can open up your world. It can show you your hidden talents and desires. Astrology can help you avoid influences that can distract you from your goals. Astrology is personalized because no one's chart is like yours.

You can use astrology to see your relationships more clearly. I had a tough relationship with an Aries. I'm a Taurus. No book was going to help me get through this. I tried every self-help technique I knew. It worked for a while, but eventually, I would get frustrated. Then I looked through the lens of astrology. She happens to fit Aries to a T. Yes, we clashed. Once I understood that I no longer took what she said and did personally. I accepted her for who she was. Things are much better now.

Self-help book overload?

Do you read self-help book after self-book trying to understand yourself? You don't always have to change. Change isn't bad and sometimes helpful but, what if you tried accepting yourself? Instead of reading generic self-help book after self-help book, maybe you should learn about yourself in a personalized way. If you want specific and reliable knowledge about yourself, I suggest you consider astrology. Learn it yourself or get a reading.

One of my favorite things about astrology is how helpful it can be. There are many examples I can give about how it helped me. One thing that astrology has personally helped me with is acceptance. I am accepting myself as is. I used to think something was wrong with me because I'm slow until I grasp something. I'm a Taurus. I'm a fast talker, eater, and walker. But when it comes to writing, learning new things, and reading I'm slow. Then I started reading more about Taurus and how it is the most earthy sign. I fell in love with the earth and the slowness. What's wrong with being slow and steady? What's wrong with being practical? What's wrong with just sitting and being?

Self-help books can be helpful. Write it Down, Make it Happen by Henriette Anne Klauser changed my life over a decade ago. I still use the skills I learn in that book today.
